DOORFRAME BAR
Doorframe bars are the entry point for pull-up training at home. They wedge into a standard doorframe using leverage and tension — no drilling, no permanent fixtures. Wall and ceiling bars must be anchored into wooden studs or structural joists — never into drywall alone. Drywall anchors rated for 50 lbs cannot handle 200 lbs of dynamic load. Use a stud finder, drill pilot holes, and use grade 8 lag screws.
KNOW YOUR WEIGHT

INSPECT REGULARLY
